- Criminal histories: use a GCIC-authorized channel through the Georgia Bureau of Investigation
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Harris County Sheriff's Office
- Personal state record review: follow the Georgia Crime Information Center process
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Record restriction and sealing: follow the GCIC and originating-agency process
